BCA, I believe is a standard. BEARING CORPORATION OF AMERICA.
Like CSA is Canadian Standards Association.
The tool is called a 3 Jaw bearing puller or pilot bearing puller. I think it cost under $20.. I bought it here in Canada at Princess Auto..

Thanx Charles. I'll be using a bearing in my 400 during the rebuild FWIW, but was wondering why Steve seemed so adamant about not using a bushing.
Will this tool pull bushings as well or only for bearings?
