Your heads give you a compression ratio between 8.6 and 9 to 1 depending on type of milling done to them and head gasket used.
In my experience, the 2800 is good as a tomato stick and that's about it. The Melling SPC-7 (068 replacement) advanced 4 degrees works very well in this application. You can use the 1.6 roller rockers or roller tip rockers and not worry about valve springs.
