Use a ball mill and open up the neck. Run a 1 inch carb spacer for plenum volume. Are you going with a Holley or Qjet? I blended in the adapter plate for the 4150 into and around the base. We also installed a home made turtle. Great working manifold on my combo. 440 cubic inches and D-ports.
