Depends on what time of day you fax. If you requested fax back service then they try to do same day or next. I'll put in huge letters NEED IN 2 HOURS !! and I usually get it.
With no fax back service and a credit card number faxed in I have gotten snail mail within 4 days. Fax-Monday, get packet -Friday.
If you mail check or money order it takes longer.
No phone number listed otherwise everyone would be calling him. He will call you if your car is something special. :D
