3. 90123 gasket will not work on SD455, exhaust crossover opening is too large
Correct appearing gasket is not available for SD455, you can follow my suggestion in the above referenced post for how to make a correct appearing gasket from the MS15174 gasket.
The best matching engine paint I have found is sold by OEM paints. The color is called Slate Blue. It is good quality paint. One can will cover a complete engine.
