I wish I would have picked up that olds 455 I had a line on. I didn't really think it looked that bad, I don't want to offend the guy and say that its not worth 1000, but I will be trying to talk him down on it when I go look at it. if I could get it for 500 I would be very happy, Only reason i'd like to do the 383 is the fact that I already have the 350 in the garage, so it'd be easier to do that, then buy another motor, but we'll see what happens, i've been building a lifted K5 for quite awhile, but had to give up as the frame was bent and I found out after I pulled the body, so its time for something new. Thanks for the help guys! Hopefully i'll be joining the ranks of firebirds owners soon.
Has anyone used the entire floor pan they sell on e-bay? was surfing for parts and saw it, looks like it'd be worth it.
