Oh Im sure they will sell that high to someone that MAY be looking for that particular block. How many people are looking for a PHW block specifically? Im not really into the matching #'s thing so to me a 400 is a 400 is a 400
I cant imagine the demand for that certain one is all that great........I have been known to be wrong many times before though.
Like 68ragtop posted, most people probably dont care what numbers (or letters) are on it.
