What year is the 350 engine? If it's 1976 or earlier the engine mounts in your car should match right up. If it's newer than that, check the sides of the block to see how many bolt holes are there....if there's five holes it will work, if it only has three holes it won't match up to the '63 motor mounts without an adapter plate.

You'll have to do some modification to the transmission mount to make it fit, and probably relocate the crossmember a little. I don't know about the driveshaft, I suspect it won't work.

The rear end from the Lemans won't work, and the one in the '63 is a better piece anyway. The disk brakes won't work either. If the air conditioner is an aftermarket underdash unit, it can be moved to the older car. If it's an indash unit, I suppose anything can be made to fit anything with enough work but it wouldn't be worth the effort.
