I don't know but to my way of thinking, there would be better ways to fake a matching numbers car...
What are the chances someone could find a correct nonmatching block with all the correct digits but two of them in the wrong position?...and if you were going to restamp, wouldn't you just save yourself a lot of hassle and do it correctly?
