The date code is the L096. I don't know what the 36133 is. Not enough digits to be the block casting number.
Date codes follow this pattern:
A=January
B=February....etc.
The two center digits would be the day of that month and the last digit is the last digit of the year.
So..... L=December, 09=9th, 6=1966.
That would make it a 1967 engine.
The 11B2 I'm not sure about. Usually, in my experience, it would be only three characters. Like 11B which would be 11=November, B= Second week.
That couldn't be your build date because it would predate the December casting date of the engine...and we know that didn't happen.
My experience is more in line with the '68 cars though..
