I think you had the BTL Snap-on or a rigged IR gun. IR makes a good air tool, but it's FAR from a working Snap-on bolt for bolt. Tried it, done it, been there, I have never sold a tool- I only use them.
I never made a case about spending money on the Snap-on, I knew what I bought, because I've used both. It's the I-R users have to justify their purchase, I've been there, seen that too.
