Hey, no hard feelings here. I also worked as a tech for 10 years before selling tools. I just prefer IR over Snap-on. For the money spent on Snap-on's top of the line impact, I could buy an IR impact and a socket set. I'm not justifying anything-just giving my experiences. Some people like Mercedes because of the so called "prestige". I prefer old Chevy pickups and Pontiacs. They cost less, but get the job done for me.
