What are you driving?
Head lights, dimmer switch and the plug in to it is common problem.
Dash light fuse, dash light, tail light and parking lights are usually same fuse.
Wipers, something maybe wrong under the hood, stuff gets bumped during motor swaps. Might be hung on wash, should here the clicking noise with the wipers on if thats the problem. Could be switch broke inside. This is if your wiper motor has the pump built on it. You can try to unplug it under the hood.
