I agree with Jack, I believe the Magnums were all post coupe 400 4-speed Tempests (not sure that any were autos). Since the Tempest was renamed T-37 later in the year and the GT-37 came out at that time or later, you have to wonder if Knafel's Magnum gave GM the idea for the GT-37.
