Just throwing it out there.
Nothing like sending them a t-400 splined converter for a PG and stated so with the supplied sheet to change the stall. Wait 2 weeks. Get it back with a PG spline fighting for and hour to get it in the tranny. And admit it on the phone after they located the paperwork. Then pay BOTH ways and another 2 WEEKS before getting it back. That a 2 customers and few years ago with Pontiacs and new fubar'd T-400's out of the box.
JW doesn't get my vote.
