I really felt dumb after seeing what Gregg was talking about with the nooks and crannies where you can put a feeler or a wire gauge between the head and the block. Why didn't I think of that? I went back out to the garage and checked it.....040"...not .035", back to the drawing board. Thanks a lot Gregg, I learned something. That's always a plus. Thanks again to both of you. Mike, I'll PM ya just to see what it should be according to part number.
