I've replaced mine 3 times because they always warp.The rear edge fits into the groove under the rear window.Do you have the pad under your tray? The front edge that you tuck in along the seat should be glued with trim adhesive.The sides along the sail panels are supposed to have a plastic edging to hold the sides.I'm not sure how they fit as I dont have them on mine [yet].They are available though.
