If it drives ok for 12-15 minutes, then it is not a lean mixture. My guess is the fuel vent is plugged. Not sure where it is on your TA. The air needs to enter the tank & fill the space left by the depleting fuel volume. The vent does this, & can cause fuel delivery problems if it is plugged.
