You may have to re-route or run new fuel lines also depending on which side the fuel pump is on. I had to do this when I swapped out the Olds 350 for the Pontiac 400 in my Omega.
What exhaust manifolds/headers are you planning on using? Something else to consider when putting a Buick 455 in. No Buick motored car has the "rear steer" other than the Apollo which came with a Buick 350 so you may have clearance problems with stock 455 manifolds or headers for a 455 car
