There is no warranty per se on any aftermarket parts that are available from many different vendors whose intended use is racing. Racing parts in general, regardless of make, do not come with a warranty...with a few exceptions. Some parts are warrantied against manufacturing defects that have nothing to do with machining the part for final fit, finish, and application. Some aren't warrantied in writing, but the manufacturers/vendors still stand behind them if a manufacturing defect is evident. I don't know of any aftermarket part designed for racing applications that comes with a warranty against wear or failure from intended use.
I don't see how machining an engine block could void a warranty on manufacturing defects. All engine blocks need some sort of machining before assembly, at the very least for piston/ring to cylinder wall clearances. Machining does not cause manufacturing defects, but can sometimes reveal them.
