Probably because at the time the block was sold to you, the one party was not a registered business in Ohio while the party filing the suit was. Another thing not mentioned, although it is probably irrelevant to the jurisdiction appeal, is that the plaintiff in the suit was not registered in Ohio as a LLC during the time of the block sale.
