Update:
I did a tax record search and got the name of the owner of the property. From what I can tell and by the looks of the property they are most likely deceased. On the upside, which is very common around here, there are a few people with the same last name living within a mile or so of this house. I printed out a letter and mailed it to each address telling them I was interested in purchasing the car if they were related to the owner of the property. Just sitting back and waiting on a reply.. (fingers crossed).
