Pontiac Jack - Multiple cars, and yes, many hours (and gallons!) behind the wheel(s) of Pontiacs. When I bought the 'bird, put a fresh engine in it, and drove it back & forth on weekends to Memphis, where I was going to school. It was my main source of transpo until like '87. After '84 my daily commute was 180 miles. I drove that car to FL, NY, Canada, Ohio, Mississippi, and everywhere in between. It was shortly after the '91 T/A Nationals in Dayton that the roller engine gave out (Mother's Day in '92 to be exact), but had driven it there too. I remember the one year in Jan, I put a 400 in it, and the following year in April put another in it, the engine I took out had about 130k miles!
