The Light Blue car can be seen at the end of the video, I only got it into 3rd gear before I ran out of room to turn in. I should have done a drive by & got it into 4th but the road has a sweeping turn & this car is not set up for cornering. Turn up the volume & you can hear me rolling into the throttle in 1st gear, the carbs can be heard going wide open over the open exhaust.
It was a very entertaining experience & I plan on doing it many more times in the future. Also notice how quickly the car accelerates & I was taking it easy, letting off the throttle on each shift, check out the front end rise. Anyone who knows these cars & has driven a stickshift has broken the weak
trans mounts.
