And when they applied that formula to Houston, we came out on top.
Kiplinger cited Houston’s resurgence from the oil bust of the 80s to become a city with a booming job market, housing at a fraction of the price of other metro areas and a healthy dose of folks who work in creative fields like scientists, engineers, architects, educators, writers, artists and entertainers.
