okay.... try this.
With the car still on stands. Put your floor jack under one of the lower control arms and raise it up to almost a normal height or until the spring starts to take most of the weight on that side. Then see if you can get the end link installed for that side. Then go to the other side and repeat. Will help alot if you have a helper to work the jack and you guide the bar and endlink into its place.
Once you get the both endlinks tightened up and get the full weight on the front suspension you should be okay.
