Sorry. I figured the appliance maufacturers have turned over several times since I was in the biz back in the early 90s. I never even asked what was the comparable American made and owned product. I don't think they would've known the answer anyway. I knew LG was Korean.
Last I knew, there were 3 major appliance compaines. Roper was owned by Whirlpool. I don't remember the rest.
Can you post the American made/owned companies? I don't feel bad snubbing a foreign owned company.
