Birdman, you have to move the tranny crossmember back a little. Nowadays there is a crossmember available to bolt right in though.

Your original tranny mount is fine, just use the metric bolts to fasten it to the tranny. The cooling lines even hook up, but you have to tweak them a little (rebend here and there by hand to get the new angle as the exact connection points are not the same.) Speedo cable hooks right up and the tranny of course bolts to the "five families". I have only ever seen one 200-4R with a BOP only pattern. I believe it was a first year edition too (1981?)

This is the easiest trans upgrade if you are replacing a 350 short tail. We have four of them in our fleet now. Not a single problem or issue.
