Darby, considering the complexity of finding true TDC, getting a degree wheel, making a pointer, getting a dial indicator, removing the valve cover, spark plug, etc, etc, it would make sense to simply use "dot to dot" as your baseline for testing, and move the cam a couple of degrees either way to see what helps the most?......Cliff
