The top bracket holds the vacuum lines and is zinc plated. It was installed on the intake prior to paint so the bottom portion where the bolts are should have overspray on it.
The lower long skinny bracket is a 67-68 bracket that retained the wires that run up the inside of the LH valve cover and retains the wires for the alternator, temperature sender (with gauges) or temp switch (without gauges), and the Idle stop solenoid. This bracket was not used on the 69 TA as it was replced by a plastic tube that held the wires. The tube is held in place by a special clip that is attached to the inside front LH valve cover bolt.
