WARBIRD is correct. The Ram Air cars,which would be GTO's recieved the 7041270/273 and the non-RamAir cars,which is all Trans Ams, recieved the 7041267/268.'267's being the manual and '268's being the automatic.Yes, there has been a bit of confusion over this numbering of HO carbs.. Many ,many guys with Trans Ams went out and bought '270/273's thinking the same numbering system carried over from 1970, which it didn't..


As far as teh Formula on Ebay.. I am naturaLLY suspicious and am so with this car. '73 radiator support just doesn't make sense. Looks liek a nice car, but I am not sure I buy the "survivor" status that teh owner is so proud of.. Could be wrong, have been before, will be again...but just doesn't look like a true survivor to me.. looks like it has been in a number of shops over the years.which isn't bad, not at all.. just the owner is advertising it as such a "survivor" and apparently wanting large money for it.. just don't know.....
