Yeah, I'm a ham & egger! I went up against the #2 qualifer in the first round. I tree'd him pretty hard. I was trying to get him to have to run it out, so he would break out. That pass he was on a low 8.40 pass, but he lifted before the stripe.

I wish I could have pulled that 8.84 pass out of the hat during qualifying! Then I wouldn't have went up against the #2 guy. I was having problems with hooking up all day (tires are smoked). It was funny, a pulled into the staging lanes and pulled up to a drag radial guy. When I got out of my car he looked at my tires and "J.C. man, don't you think you need new tires!?" LOL

I took a chit load of timing out of first gear to get it moving (didn't want to give it away by blowing off the tires). Oh well that's racing! I drove from the Jersey shore to cecil and back and had great time...and I didn't forget about your lunch Jack!
