I think this has been asked before of PHS. I will search and see if I can find the thread. Anyone recall?
I think it came down to not wanting to supply TO MUCH info to potential re-stampers by way of supplying the EUN.
Thats what I remember someone saying why PHS cant or wont do this/ I could be worng but what I remember.
