PHS does supply the EUN on some of the earlier model years, I know '68 and I believe '67 get them, possibly earlier years as well. My understanding from Jim Mattison was that the '69 and later model year engine unit numbers were not available in the records on file at PHS. My assumption was they just didn't exist/got destroyed for the later years but I guess there is always the possiblility that he has access to them and just protects them.
