That's weird, even if you dial the 1.800.345.8671 main number there's no prompt for public relations or marketing. I was hoping to find a customer sevice manager. The operator transfered me to what she called the "Public Relations" Dept which was a voice mail for "LOUISE SANCHEZ"! WTH? Does this guy own the company or how many people do they have with the same name? Very weird! JD
