Doug, it most likely is "TAC". Here is a 70 Judge, Pontiac MI style build sheet from a 70 Judge with no A/C, or no "2" in the 58 column (582 code) which would be A/C.
Funny I've seen just about every 71 Pontiac plant build sheet signed with "TAC"...
Wonder who or what that was.....
