Well i going to have to sell it,i live in a great neighborhood but only a few block away it turns to sh8t.There has been cars stolen
and broken into for the last few months and i'm afraid that the Lemans is next.Since i live in a historic neighborhood i can't just tear down my old rotten garage until i submit my plans for the new one including blue prints and list of all the materials being used yadda yadda yadda.
I can't even tear down the old one i have to let it fall down,so before some a-hole steals it,i decided to sell it.I just don't have 15 to 20 grand for the new garage yet.Just last weekend when i was in Ohio for the T/A nats 5 cars were broken into friday night.
