While Majestic has great deals on BW turbo's I got my S474 T6 1.10 twin scroll housing from MikeTurbo for really cheap.
I'm only familiar with 2 step rev limiters done in the computer chip so you'll have to look into how to pull it off without an ECU etc. But the manual guys that got the rev limiter were really excited when they started leaving at 4500rpm and 8psi on their manual DSM's.
BTW, transbrakes really get the turbo spooling out of the hole.
