I gots the "Made In Australia" PMD Balancer. It seems fine.
There is a recurring issue: the 4-bolt pulley gets red-rust at the 4-bolt holes because the 4-bolts seem to loosen every week. the 4-bolt pulley holes are now curved ovals. I stopped checking it 5 months ago.
Probably need to re-drill the 4-bolt Pulley, and use Clutch-fan studs. HIS
