Thats what I thought too concerning the width. I believe 64-66 diffs were an inch shorter flange to flange. 67-72 the same.

I found 3.36 10 bolt posi from a '72 Elcamino on CL. Seller wants $300 but supposedly it's plug and play. Seeing I don't have the coin for a new gear set and a posi unit and the cost to have it set up I was going to pick this 3.36 up.
