We have different internal tube diameters for higher-output applications. Send me an email or call me at the shop (800) 503-9428 to discuss the application. Since every system is built to order, we can pretty much make whatever you need. Inlets and outlets are available up to 3".
We've built several 2.5" systems for connection to 2.5" RA manifolds.
I'd recommend at least 2.5" inlets and tailpipes for your 455, with the "oversize" internal tubes. They will sound like turbo mufflers in quiet mode. Open = loud.
