Two piece dampers only control harmonic in a certain rpm range, a fluid damper will cover the whole rpm range. The draw back with them is you can not hammer the motor when it is cold. You need to let the fluid in them come up to temperature and let the inner ring center itself, or you could fracture it and you will have problems if that happens. You can not beat the one piece outer shell, and the range it controls in the rpm band. They are money well spent if your gonna turn your hard earned cash over 6k.
