El: Thanks for the link, that was very interesting and it was helpful.

Update: I purchased two 36 SF boxes of Dynamat Extreme on EBAY and the total for both boxes with shipping (which was expensive) was just a tad under $250. Forget about list, get it off of EBAY and suck up and pay the shipping, you'll be way better off that way.

When the car was being painted, I had some lizardskin like substance sprayed on the interior of the cabin. I'm applying the Dynamat on the inside of the roof, the entire floor of the cabin, and I should have enough to do the doors and some of the trunk.

Installation is a breeze. All you need is a wall paper seam roller and a razor knife.

I really cannot believe what a difference this stuff is making. I demonstrated the difference to my wife and she was very surprised at how effective this stuff is.

I intend to install the factory sound deadener I bought a long time ago right on top of the Dynamat, then the carpet. This should be a quiet and solid ride by the time I'm done.
