I think it is more intentional than that. I bought all three of my items by competitive auctions at a price much less than the Buy It Now price that PG Classic usually sells their items for. I pay much less than their standard price, so I get shipped the "seconds" or blems or whatever you want to call them. I got what I paid for, so to speak.
The only problem with that is they used the exact same listing language and pictures of the items. They didn't qualify their listing with any caveat about seconds or blems or direct ship from the factory. That being the case, that is constructive fraud. If I could prove it, I would go after them, simply as a matter of principle.
I will forever be perplexed as to why they would not just exchange it for a good one. The direct ship from China and refusal to replace a defective piece are the tipoffs that tell me it was intentional.
Why they would not want to make it right and get positive promotion for their new product line is the final head scratcher.
