Interesting. I knew he ground different versions of the HC03, but I thought they were labeled with the letter suffixes. Thus, the verion you have being the "a" version, then a "b" version, a "c" version, and so on for each different variation. But, what do I know. If Ken says he can't tell for sure from those numbers, he would certainly know best.
You still have options.
First option is to take the cam to a cam grinder if there's one near you, or ship it off to someone. They will be able to determine the specs.
Second option is determine the specs yourself with a degree wheel and dial indicator if you just happen to have a long or shortblock laying around you could install it in.
