I like the poster's question except for the exclusion of the drag radials only because they are so commonly found on street cars these days, it takes more than a double take to notice sometimes. There is a wide variety of "drag" radials. I know the Nitto's I run on the T/A are harder and longer lasting than the MT's I plan to replace them with but the Nitto's are still softer than a normal radial. I've run in the mid to high 12's with my Nitto's but that was also with the front sway bar disconnected. In any case I can't launch this M6 hard with much success either way.
