My recollection of this discussion when it's come up in the past (try the search function), was that Norwood "ran out" of JWs and switched well before Van Nuys did. Also that the JW code on the build sheet was more of an indicator of a 15" rally wheel, not necessarily that the wheel on the car HAD to be a JW. The build sheets seemed to keep the JW code for awhile after the actual parts had switched to KN/KR.
