I was just "admiring" this photo of the Pontiac Monte Carlo showcar and thought the hood looked familiar...
I wonder if this is where Stan or one of the early owners got the idea to put louvers in the aluminum hood of his Super Duty coupe.
(The hood on the showcar is obviously steel - lol!).
