a word of advise, Id keep the top up & latched. I would keep the doors closed & the windows down & NEVER open the doors when the body is off the frame. CROKSTER i think is the name did a thread on how to lift the body off with an engine hoist & a 4x4.
Find that thread, & the rest is easy. I can also say, when you get this deep there is no turning back... the more you dive in the more you will find areas that need more attention, just be prepared to fix more than you thought & spend more than you thought.......
