OK Gary,
I made it work 41 years ago, BUT you had to ask a simple question like "Why can't we just use this other terminal that already has a strap?"
Gad I love it when people use their heads. Why I didn't look at the switch way back when, I cannot even fathom a guess!
But, the bottom line is,
This is the Correct way to do it WITHOUT cutting or strapping wires!
